How to Upload a Filled Out PDF:

Click on the PDF within the Document Library you wish to fill out.
When you have finished filling out the form, go to the Print Option in the top right hand corner.
In the drop down menu of printer options, select Save As PDF. This will ensure the changes you have made will be saved.
To upload that saved PDF, click on the Choose File button below, select the PDF you just saved, fill in your name and select the document you are trying to upload from the document drop down menu.

If you are utilizing FireFox, it will not allow you to fill out the PDF in your browser. You can download the form to utilize a different application or open the form in a different browser to fill it out.

How to use the Ink Signature

The Ink Signature box can be used on a desktop computer, tablet or mobile device. For touch screen devices such as a tablet or mobile device simply use your finger or stylus to write your signature. For use on a desktop computer, left-click inside the signature box and hold. While holding move the mouse as a writing tool to write your signature.
